Chaparland Terms and Conditions

Users of Chaparland commit to using Chaparland's services solely for themselves, and they will be responsible for the use of Chaparland's services for any other individual.

Chaparland is not responsible for the exchange of goods and documents, and this site only acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the sender.

The cost of sending documents and goods is entirely negotiable and must be fair.

If the cargo incurs taxes and customs duties, the sender is responsible for the customs duties.

The cost of mobile registration is the responsibility of the sender.

Travelers and cargo senders are advised to check the following for additional assurance and the possibility of follow-up:

1. Identification card
2. Exact origin and destination addresses
3. Origin and destination phone numbers and email
4. Confirmed travel ticket
5. Prescription (for medicine)
6. Detailed list of goods
7. Provide receipt at time of pickup and delivery
8. Full settlement upon delivery of the goods at the destination
9. Both parties should take pictures of the sent items

Beware of scammers, and avoid agreeing with suspicious IDs. It is strongly recommended to meet in person or have a video call.

The responsibility for verifying the correctness of the cargo lies with the traveler, so the traveler must inspect the received cargo and ensure its accuracy and legality.

Written agreements between the sender and the traveler can be made to ensure the process is carried out properly and signed by both parties.

If luggage or cargo is lost, Chaparland is not responsible for it.

Chat on the platform for coordination of cargo delivery and receipt.

You agree to use Chaparland solely for travel advertising and cargo shipping. Any activity beyond this purpose, including political and social goals, is prohibited on Chaparland. Chaparland reserves the right to suspend your account upon detection of prohibited activities.

Enforcement Guarantee Violations of Commitments

1. Chaparland reserves the right to delete advertisements that are inconsistent with its terms and conditions.
2. Chaparland reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block users who do not comply with the conditions and regulations stated in this document, in order to increase user security and at its discretion.
3. Misuse of the Chaparland website and application through any means, the use of any malicious and spyware programs, scraping of information, disruption of services, any destructive method to access site and application information and content, including contact numbers and advertisement images and descriptions, through any system and network is prohibited. In the event of such activities, Chaparland reserves the right to pursue legal action. Chaparland may also restrict or block access to the site and application for the offending user at its discretion.

Scope of Responsibility and Platform Disclaimer

Chaparland is solely an online platform facilitating communication between users. Chaparland does not participate in, supervise, or guarantee any transportation, delivery, or financial transactions conducted between users.

All agreements, arrangements, and transactions related to cargo transportation are made independently between users, and Chaparland bears no responsibility for their execution or outcomes.

Chaparland does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of any advertisements, user information, cargo descriptions, or agreements.

Users acknowledge and accept that any loss, damage, delay, confiscation, or legal issue related to cargo transportation is solely their responsibility.

Customs, Legal Compliance, and Prohibited Items

Users are fully responsible for complying with all customs, immigration, aviation, and transportation laws of the origin, destination, and transit countries.

It is strictly prohibited to send or carry illegal, restricted, dangerous, or prohibited items, including but not limited to narcotics, weapons, explosives, alcohol, counterfeit goods, stolen items, and restricted pharmaceuticals.

The sender is responsible for declaring the correct value, contents, weight, and dimensions of the cargo and for providing all required customs documentation.

Any customs duties, taxes, fines, or penalties shall be borne by the sender or traveler based on their mutual agreement.

Payments and Financial Arrangements

Chaparland does not handle, process, collect, or guarantee any payments between users.

All financial arrangements are made directly between the sender and the traveler, and Chaparland shall not be liable for payment disputes, non-payment, or financial losses.

Users are strongly advised to use secure and traceable payment methods and to complete payments only after successful delivery.

Account Suspension and Legal Cooperation

Chaparland reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, violation of these terms, or abuse of the platform.

Chaparland may cooperate with law enforcement and judicial authorities and provide relevant user information upon lawful request.

Any costs, damages, or legal consequences arising from user misconduct shall be borne exclusively by the offending user.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaparland shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, financial loss, business interruption, reputational damage, or loss of cargo.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using Chaparland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
